You already know how to make money.
You’ve built the audience, the name, and an entire body of work with an audience of dream clients lurking.
Already following. Already watching. Already half-decided…
Your next million is sitting inside the audience you’ve already built.
This isn’t a season to focus on audience growth. It’s a season to become the go-to person in your industry, and to be paid like the leader you are.
The diagnosis
There’s a name for what you’re experiencing.
Pot of Gold Syndrome™
You’re sitting on the gold, literally, and you can’t quite tap it. Some months are good, others feel off, and nothing you’ve changed has made the good ones repeat.
So you keep following the tried-and-true strategy of MORE. More content, more visibility, more people at the top of the funnel. Another masterclass. Another challenge. Another freebie.
It moves the needle a little. It costs a lot — energetically and even financially — and you spend more of your life yielding roughly the same result. Missing the quiet mornings with your kids. Being present on the vacation you’ve been planning for months. Actually sitting quietly with your grandma without needing to check your DMs.
See — the women already following you are thinking “I know she’s good… I just don’t know if she’s for me” … and going off to hire somebody else. They hire someone with a bigger name, more publicized results, a more elevated brand.
That isn’t a you problem… well, it kinda is. It’s a translation problem: a gap between what you’re actually putting out and what you think you’re putting out. The strategy isn’t broken… but the way you’re applying it is.
Invisible from the inside. Glaringly obvious from where I’m sitting.
Which is good. It means we can solve this, fast — and that’s what I’m known for.
What I do
I turn recognition into revenue.
I don’t help you spend years building an audience. I convert demand from the audience that already exists — that you’ve already built.
Every woman I work with arrives with the same three things: an audience, a track record, and a big vision for her future. She doesn’t need more people in her following.
She needs her followers to see her in her power, not her posture.
Building an audience takes years — and you’ve already done that. Converting one takes weeks.
Real-life examples
What that actually looks like.
She was spending $5,000 a month on ads to reach strangers.
A big-name mentor had told her scalable offers were the answer. They were bringing in clients she didn’t want, for work she’d never enjoyed. We canceled every ad, opened a high-level mastermind and filled her private work — entirely from the organic audience she was already sitting on.
$200K months in fifteen weeks. Less working time. Less content. Fewer headache clients.
She didn’t need more people; her people already knew and liked her. She needed the ones who already followed her to think “that’s my woman.”
She’d hit $70K once. Never again.
She hovered between $30–50K for what felt like forever and had started quietly wondering whether she was a one-hit wonder. And the best part? We only changed three things: her messaging angle, a long-overdue brand upgrade, and realigning her offers to the way she actually wanted to be working.
Ninety days later she did $70K in two weeks, closed over $500K in new sales, added $60K in monthly recurring revenue, and celebrated the first of many $130K months.
She was sitting in three-hour mastermind calls with her hand raised, waiting for her name to be called.
The advice she’d been given was post more. One look at her company and the problem was obvious — the volume of content was misdirected and confusing her audience.
Six months: $20K to $75K in monthly recurring revenue. Twelve months: paid speaking on major stages. Twenty months: over $2M in new revenue, with $135K MRR in private work booked out a year in advance.
And one who had a baby and never saw a dip.
She hired me when a second child was still a dream. She was worried about what would happen if she stepped back for maternity leave — she was the family breadwinner.
Yet we nearly doubled her recurring revenue from $47K, built her a paid eight-week maternity leave, and set the business up to keep closing high-ticket organically while she was gone.
My favorite part: two sales closed while she was in labor.
Sixty-day snapshots from my private practice: $10K → $45K months. $15K → $56K months. $20K → $85K months.
In the last three years, my clients have generated well over $45 million in new revenue.
My clients aren’t overnight successes.
They blow up overnight — because they finally tapped into the gold they’d already built.
And yet
Different industries. Different numbers. Same sentence.
Nearly every woman I’ve ever worked with has said a version of it at some point:
I wish I had other women to talk to about this.
Because there’s a particular kind of alone that comes with being the most successful person in every room you walk into. Your friends are proud of you and can’t help. Your team works for you. Your audience looks up to you as the expert. And the last mastermind you paid for had nearly 100 women in it and you were just a name in a chat thread.
In truth — the loneliest I’ve ever been has been in the moments where I’m barely scraping my potential, my drive for more feels delusional, and no one in the industry moves the way I do.
You can hire someone to see your business clearly… You can’t hire someone to be your peer, friend, and supporter.
The offer
So I built the room I’d want.
I’ve run Dare to Make Millions three times as a live event with a short mastermind beforehand. In Manhattan. The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota. And then Manhattan again. Beyond the financial growth — I love that the women from those rooms are still friends, collaborators and supporters.
Here’s what running Dare to Make Millions taught me: two days is enough to find it. It is not enough to build it.
Every time, the same thing happened. We’d find the gap. She’d see it — really see it, tears filling her eyes, looking around the room with this overwhelming sense of relief and excitement. The room would light up around her.
And then she’d fly home on Sunday and have to go build it alone, in the chaos of her day-to-day life.
I’ve spent the last eight months curating a room where the magic doesn’t end on the flight home. Intentionally building the inclusions, the rooms, the conversations.
So this time, Dare to Make Millions is six months.
Same incredible rooms. Same caliber of women in them. And now I’m there for the part that comes after — the Wednesday in January when the thing we designed in December isn’t landing and you need someone to tell you why. The day before your period when you want to burn everything down and dial into the chat to be met with the right conversations, keeping your eyes on the prize. And in the hard times — moving beyond a client cancellation that breaks your heart, or a loss in your personal life that shakes your motivation to create.
Six months to convert the recognition you’ve already earned into revenue that matches it.
With someone watching who can see what you can’t, and eleven aligned women doing it alongside you so you don’t lose yourself in the process.
Twelve seats. Two gatherings. Weekly calls in between.
How it works
Every Wednesday.
Ninety+ minutes. Mastermind session, live audits, riffs and downloads.
You bring the real thing — the sales page, the launch that’s underperforming, the offer you’re second-guessing, the number that’s wrong. We celebrate the wins, big and small, and we laugh about the little things.
We make the decision live, on the call, and implement in the moment.
Understanding a strategy on a mentorship call is very different to applying it in the moment.
That’s why this is six months, not a weekend.
Every woman reading this has been diagnosed before. You’ve left a room lit up, gone home, and watched it dissolve into the week. The diagnosis is the easy part. The rebuild, the effort, the confusion, the fear of making the wrong decision — that’s where it dies.
So I’m in it with you while it’s happening. Corrections in the moment — real, raw, unfiltered advice on a random, slow Monday after Thanksgiving, while there’s still time to change it and close more deals.
Telegram runs the whole way through, between calls. Building friendships, collaboration opportunities, and drop-in mentorship right when you need it.
We’re women building businesses and living full lives… of course we’re taking a holiday break. The container “closes.” Nothing to keep up with, nothing to be behind on, no call you’re missing while your family’s in the house. I’m not going to sell you a business that asks less of your life and then run a room that eats your holidays… that’s just a straight contradiction I don’t vibe with, ya know?
Gathering one
Saturday, December 5 — New York, New York
The working day. Bring your fur, your laptop, and put your phone on DND.
We’re jumping into it from the morning. Your offer, your messaging, your next ninety days.
I’m in the trenches with you — the offer, the audience, the money, the thing you keep not saying, the fear you can kinda hide behind a webcam. I see it and name it, and then we define your edge so that your recognition-to-revenue dial is turned up. Meanwhile we’re sitting roundtable, actually seeing each other, reflecting back to each other the insights that matter most.
You leave with your own scaled business model mapped. Your expansion plan, your multi-six-figure offer streams, on paper, and already started to be executed on.
We’ll share a nourishing lunch while deep in conversation, before an evening that has nothing to do with your business — because by then you’ll have earned it, and everything to do with celebrating the women building to millions.
Gathering two
March 12–14, 2027
A five-star beachfront location, to be announced. The retreat.
A different gear entirely.
Fast forward to March: this is where the big shifts happen that you can’t put on a calendar and can’t get to on your own. This is retreat + mastermind + quantum leap + fun.
I won’t share much about our secret retreat weekend — but let’s just say, you’ll leave spoiled, excited, and deeply ready to create your next big milestone.
And then you go home and build it.
After our retreat there are six more weeks of calls, and that’s intentional — a breakthrough you don’t implement is just a nice weekend away. You come back with what shifted and we put it into the business while it’s still hot, with eleven women holding you to what you said at that table.
That’s why the mastermind runs until April.
Both times
And both times, you’re photographed.
My photographer travels with me. Every woman gets her own mini-shoot on location — real images, not your friend’s iPhone in bad lighting.
This isn’t a perk I bolted on to justify the price.
Think about it. A huge amount of what your audience receives about you comes from your photos — and yours are from a shoot you booked as a different woman, with a different business, at a different price point. Every time you post one, they meet her instead of you.
That’s the translation problem, in pictures.
So we do the work first. We define your edge, reposition your offer, turn the recognition-to-revenue dial all the way up — and then we photograph the woman who just did all of that.
You leave with images that match the business we just built. And you’ll be using them for the next two years.
A few frames from the last room’s shoots.
What there isn’t
No curriculum. No modules. No framework you have to fit yourself into.
I will not give my clients a one-size-fits-all piece of Spanx they need to contort themselves to fit into.
You’ve joined the $10K, $20K, $30K programs. You’ve sat in one and thought wait — is this really the only way? And the results from that space were subpar at best.
Your customers are different. Your margins are different. Your offers are different. Your strengths are different. Your bottleneck is different. So why would the prescription be the same?
The more successful your business gets, the more expensive generic advice becomes. One bad hire. One unnecessary offer. One positioning mistake. One quarter spent solving the wrong problem. Bad advice doesn’t just cost you the price of the program — it costs you what you would have made.
The room
Here’s what actually happened the last time.
We mapped scaled business models. Expansion plans. Multi-six-figure offer streams. Real architecture, on paper, for every woman in the room. We built seven-figure scaling procedures and fine-tuned their marketing angles to create their Rainmaker Edge.
We also threw glitter in the streets of Manhattan. Danced on the beach. Laughed until the early hours of the morning.
We were polished and professional, and we were also just women living — fully seen, in a room of friends, letting loose and having fun.
And nobody wallowed.
We didn’t belittle ourselves, sit back, hide, or wallow in self-pity. That isn’t a rule I enforced. It’s what the room did, because of who was in it.
What we did instead was let ourselves be seen in the truth — not in our fear, not in our current self-perception.
Nobody was confessing weakness. Every woman there put down a self-image that was two years out of date, in front of witnesses, and then couldn’t pick it back up.
“I’ve never thought of myself leading a company like this.”
“This is my million dollar breakthrough.”
“I needed this conversation.”
That’s the same translation problem, one layer down. Your recognition is real. Your sense of yourself hasn’t caught up to it — and neither has your pricing, your strategy, or your business’s position in the marketplace.
And then there’s 2am.
The friendships still going two years later did not just form at the roundtable.
They formed at 2am, over cigars so expensive our partners were jealous. It was spontaneous, raw, and the perfect after-after party to complete our retreat. Who knows what shenanigans we’ll get up to next time.
I can’t put that on an agenda and I won’t pretend I can. But it’s why the December day doesn’t end when the work does, and why March is a whole weekend. And it’s the answer to why any of this happens in person:
You can map a scaled business model on Zoom. You cannot get hands-on, fully seen, no-playing-small in a private beach club.
Don’t take my word for it. Take theirs.
Who this is for
You’re pretty epic, with a solid track record for success — and your mind plays games with you occasionally.
You’ve already built something substantial: a few thousand in your audience, incredible client results, a proven offer that worked inside your body of work. And yet you’re in a dip, a plateau, or a mental ceiling you can’t think your way out of.
Known in your industry. An audience you built yourself. Proof behind you — client results you can point at, an offer that already worked.
Income is the backstop, not the headline: $30–50K months and up, or you’ve done it once and you want it back for good.
Your recognition has outpaced your revenue, and we both know it.
Who it isn’t for — this room is not for everyone
This room is rare. It’s not the type of room for just anyone.
It’s all one thing, really: people who only take from the collective.
This mastermind is a masterpiece, an embodied lived experience. It’s immersive, safe, challenging, compelling. It may feel confrontational (with our mindset). It may leave you wondering why you stayed stuck for so long before.
This room is for all of you — every stone unturned. And in order for that room to be curated, we must uphold a high standard of who is in it.

Know this before you apply
This is an application, not a checkout.
I am choosing twelve women, and every one of them is choosing the other eleven. Here’s how it goes.
We’re curating a room intentionally — every woman brings something unique to the table, and we don’t want any debbie downers, negative neils, or just straight boner busters in our room. Kk?
Before you ask
The details.
- When are the calls?
- Wednesdays at 12:30pm Eastern, ninety minutes, every week. That’s 5:30pm in London and 6:30pm across most of Europe. If you’re in Australia or Asia it’s the middle of the night — tell me in your application.
- Do I have to come to both gatherings?
- They’re where the biggest shifts happen and I want you at both. If there’s a conflict, tell me before you apply rather than after.
- Is travel included?
- No. Flights and accommodation are yours to cover. Everything inside the room — food, drinks, professional photos — is covered.
- What if I’ve done masterminds before and nothing changed?
- Then you were probably one of fifty, being taught things you already knew. But this mastermind — twelve women, no one-size-fits-all curriculum, and six months of my presence watching you build it — is a different animal. If you’ve had exactly this and it didn’t work, don’t apply.
- Am I too far along for this?
- If you’re already known, already earning, and the question is why the revenue doesn’t match the recognition, then no. That’s the entire premise. The income pre-req is there to rule out beginners — but income is not the deciding factor for being in the room.
- What happens once I’m in?
- The moment your deposit is paid, we schedule your onboarding — a private Built for Millions session, just the two of us, before the room even starts.
- What’s the refund policy?
- There are no refunds. Twelve seats means the one you take is one another woman couldn’t have, and I’d rather say that plainly here than bury it in a contract. It’s also why there’s a conversation before you’re offered a place — so we both go in certain.
You’ve already done the hard part.
The audience is built. The name is made. The proof is behind you.
Six months from now, the recognition you’ve spent years earning will either be paying you what it’s worth — or it’ll be another year of nearly.
